Our cuisine is a clever blend of French gastronomy and Japanese inspiration.
We incorporate Japanese ingredients, seasonings or cooking methods into our dishes.

We offer a cuisine in which you can discover the flavors without complications, raw products of the highest quality.
These are supplied directly from small market gardeners for vegetables, small coastal fishing boats for fish arriving directly from all the ports of France, regional wines made by real biodynamic wine artisans or even Demeter.

Histoiry of the restaurant Ôde Marine

Chef Christophe BEUCHER has worked in several gastronomic restaurants in France and Japan, including one starred.

These experiences allowed him to open in 2011 “La Romance des Saisons” in Romans-sur-Isère. From 2012 it was referenced in the Michelin guide.
In 2015, it was with regret that Christophe BEUCHER sold his restaurant. He returned to Japan to perfect the culinary art of fish in all its forms.

It is with joy that this chef overflowing with energy, creativity, passion and love for French but also Japanese gastronomy returns to settle in the region. He is accompanied by his former server Alban BOURRET, with whom he has partnered. This butler will delight you by slicing whole fish in front of you. And he will introduce you to the best wines of the Rhône Valley and of France.
Christophe BEUCHER and Alban BOURRET look forward to welcoming you to their new concept restaurant: “Ôde Marine” in Bourg-de-Péage, Drôme prefecture since 2019.
